Adding videos from blip.tv

Currently we only support Blip.tv videos when added in bulk. There's a workaround for single videos though:

1. Go to http://www.universalsubtitles.org/en/videos/create/
2. Click "Submit Multiple Videos"
3. In the "Feed URL" field, enter the URL for your video, and append ?skin=rss to the end of the URL
4. Click "Let's Go!"

That should enable you to add single videos from Blip.
