You don't see your translation from the URL you indicated, because it is the URL for the comments part of the Arabic translation page. Try the main URL for the Arabic translation: http://www.universalsubtitles.org/ar/videos/kwO2JLXrnyrf/ar/296677/ . From it, you can download your subtitles in a variety of formats indicated in the "Download" drop list.
But of course, if you want to save the subtitled version on your computer, you will have to download both the file of the subtitles and the video file: they are synchronized in the Amara player, but they are separate things.
