I have an entire transcript for a video available (already typed) in a different language. I was wondering if you can add a utility where i can add the whole transcript AND THEN make spaces between lines and then sync. This would make adding the subtitles much easier. Please let me know if you have such a thing avaialble or if you can add such a thing. Thank you.

I hope I'm understanding you correctly, i.e. that you wish you could copypaste the whole translated transcript in one go instead of each bit below the corresponding original subtitle in the translation interface?

If not, please explain again. But if so: this is already possible. In the /info section of each video page, there is a Contribute section below the player, which says:
"Already have subtitles for this video? You can upload them directly." with a link on upload. When you click that link, the dialog box says "... Or you can paste in a transcript", with a link on "paste in a transcript". If you click this link, you get to a new box where you can indicate the language of your transcript, and copypaste it, separating each future subtitle by hitting "Enter" twice.

Oh, I see what you mean, now. I also had problems when I made captions in Urdu and romanized Urdu for "Khabar E Tahayyur E Ishq Sunn" in .

Of course, having both LTR and RTL in the same caption was courting trouble, but as I don't know Urdu, let alone Urdu writing, that was the only way I could think of for getting the existing Urdu transcript synchronized: I then deleted the romanized part in the .sbv file and uploaded it to my karaoke'd version of the same song in - the Pakistani person who had wished for a closed captioned and karaoke-captioned version wrote the result was OK.
