Hi vinod,
If you mean that the subtitles are not showing in fullscreen mode for the Amara (formerly Universal Subtitles) page of a YouTube-hosted video: there have been several queries about this and the replies from the Amara staff have always been, in a nutshell, that this is a known issue and that they are working on it.
If you mean that Amara-produced subtitles you have added to a YouTube video don't show in fullscreen mode on YouTube, then that's a YouTube issue, but could you give the URL? I've never seen that happen before.
For Craig Zheng and Dean Jansen (as you are indicated as support Staff of this help forum): the search engine here only searches the knowledge base by default, both if you use the search box top right and in the automatic suggestions offered when you submit a new query. This is why there are so many redundant queries about points already treated in the discussions. Could the search settings be changed to searching both the knowledge base and the discussions by default?
