Hello there! I run a website that offers a lot of members only content for flight training. Because of the complixity of these tutorials, and the fact that we have many non-native english speaking trainees, we want to implement subtitles.

However, we are unable to get the program working (your software) with our videos. They are Vimeo videos that we'd like to wrap, or even just wrap our own Flash/HTML5 player.

Your builder doesn't work because the Vimeo videos are protected.

How do we proceed? Would love to use your service.

    Hi Chris,

We are currently working on support of private Vimeo videos. Could you please tell us what exactly privacy settings your videos have? This will help to ensure that these settings are accommodated. Thank you very much for your input!

Hey there! My settings are setup to be invisible to Vimeo, and only show on
    my website.

    Chris,

Thank you very much for your feedback - it is noted, and we already have a change request for supporting this setting. Hopefully it will be implemented soon.

    Best regards,
