Making volunteering easier

When I go to the Volunteer tab, and check out the lists of videos where subtitles have been requested, I would like either:

1) the option to filter OUT all requested videos where the language(s) I can caption/transcribe/translate are already completed

OR -- better?

2) all these videos to be automatically filtered out when I view the page, so that the requested videos are all relevant to my skills (if none, it will say "All requests that fit your language(s) have been filled." or something like that). And a link that allows me to view all video requests regardless of which languages have already been completed.

The only language I can transcribe is English :( But I still want to help out. All suggested videos I can "get involved with" already have English captions completed.

Make things as easy for your volunteer base as possible, since we're offering free labor! :)

Thank you,
