Hi,
I am using IE 7 on Windows XP. It does not work with the subtitle dialog, I am not able to add subtitles, get an error message.
Sorry. You will need to upgrade your browser to use the subtitling dialog.

Can someome confirm the technical requirements? I could find it anywhere. Thanks. Ilona

    Hi Ilona,

I am sorry, but subtitling in IE7 is no longer supported for technical reasons. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You should be able to subtitle your video with the use of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome Web browsers. You can also upgrade your current Web browser to IE8, which is compatible with UniversalSubtitles, but may yield worse performance on slower computers.

Please feel free to ask if you still have questions or queries - we'll be happy to help.

    Happy subtitling!
