Hello,

I've just subtitled some of my videos. Now, is there a way to save them to my computer? Also, I tried watching the video in full screen and the subtitles do not show up.

    Hi,

Thank you for using Universal Subtitles.

Our site does not physically store any videos submitted by users. They are located elsewhere in the Internet and, the owner and video hosting site policy permitting, you can download the video directly from its location. The URL of the video, in case you don't know it yet, can be found on URL tab of the video page.

To download the subtitles, open the page with the subtitles in desired language and click Download button above the text. Select your preferred format from the drop-down list - SRT, SSA, SBV, TTML, or DFXP. You should be able to use at least one of these file formats with most modern video players.

Unfortunately, subtitles in full-screen mode cannot be displayed at this time, but you can zoom in the Web page with the subtitled video as you like ([Control/Start/Command]+[+] keys in most browsers).

    Best regards,

    Margarita Shamraeva
